Currently one of our agents, Aaron Pero, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to assist him with his fast growing business! On a daily basis you will be providing an efficient and effective administration service that supports his business.
You will be responsible for ensuring the office runs at maximum compliance and efficiency by providing ongoing sales support, assisting with the marketing of property, planning and implementation of those programs.
Communicating with other professionals including solicitors, real estate consultants, valuers, clients and customers, whilst taking care of general administrative duties will also be key.
Attention to detail is a must, as is confidentiality – customer service is second to none in this role, ensuring we have clients for life. Previous experience within the industry would be a preference. You may already have a real estate salesperson’s licence, however this is not mandatory – this role is designed to support the sales team.
