When it comes to listings, ‘the more the merrier’ is a saying I certainly don’t subscribe to. Instead, I prefer to work with a limited number of properties at any one time. That enables me to dedicate my undivided attention to each client, and allows me to spend more time marketing each home and researching every opportunity.
It also helps me create a more relaxed environment. All too often property transactions can feel rushed and stressful, and I go out of my way to put my clients at ease, ensuring they have the time, space and information they need to make thoroughly considered choices.
It’s an approach that works. Over the course of my career to date I’ve sold more than $100 million worth of property, successfully working with both buyers and sellers right across the city. I’m an expert when it comes to coastal and hillside properties, calling on my passion for the area which stretches from Ferrymead to Sumner to market everything from investment units to luxury residences.
Outside of the office I can be found mountain biking, paddle boarding or simply enjoying the great outdoors, and that boundless energy and enthusiasm invariably transfers across to my professional life. I’m a highly organised person who goes to great lengths to ensure no stone is left unturned for my clients.
